Delivery processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business working days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days or week, depending on the courier service provider. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or text messaging via social media apps.
Delivery rates & delivery estimates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at cart before checkout.

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been sent out for delivery containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
BUBBA FARM PLT (https://www.bubbfarm.my) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
BUBBA FARM PLT (https://www.bubbfarm.my) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged or packaging seal is opened, DO NOT accept the parcel and please contact the courier service provider to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not deliver outside Malaysia.
